Q: How long will it take to receive my package?

A:  Products are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. Delivery time averages 2-8 days to the UK and most European countries. 

USA and Canada delivery time averages 4-8 days. Rest of the world delivery time averages 6-14 days.

Q: How can you sell Minoxidil and other products at these prices? Are these out-of-date items?

A: All products have been purchase in bulk directly from the manufacturer or from well established reputable supplier. You are guaranteed to receive only the freshest supply available. We do not sell expired  products.

Q: From what country are your items shipped? Will I have to pay VAT, Duties, or Taxes?

A: All of our products are shipped from UK/Europe/South Seas/USA. In the very unlikely event you are asked to pay VAT, Duties, or Taxes on any items. We will refund the difference to you.  Care is taken to make the package discreet. We make no reference to hair loss products or bear the return address of a company on the outside of the package.

Q: Do you accept other forms of Payment?

A: We accept other forms of payment including Bank Transfer, Cheque / Money Order / PayPal / Gift cards

Q: Do you ship internationally?

 

A: We ship to worldwide. 

 

Q How are orders sent?

 

A: We understand that your confidentiality and anonymity is important when you place an order online with us. That's why our orders are sent in discreet looking packages without any information of the contents on the outside of the package.

 

Q: What if the package is damaged or something is missing?

A: In this case you are to contact our support team and notify them of the problem.

Please note that if there are 90 or  more pills in your order, the order will be sent in several packages.

 

Q:What happens if my order is delayed at customs?

A: In the unlikely event this happens, we will investigate the problem.

We will cover the full cost of any customs fee. You will not be charged for orders not received, 

 

Q: How much do I have to pay if you reship the product?

We will reship the product free of charge. No additional charges will be placed.

 

A: Why I still haven't received my order?

Q:There can sometimes be delayed outside our control, if you have not received your order within 12 working days please contact our customer care support team.
